Not another tagging request thread!

I think it would be nice to have a thread that would request the controls and features of the tagging system if added to IPB (might as well have it added right the first time than wait).

1. Control what forums can have topics be tagged and perhaps which to have the tag cloud show.
2. An optional tag page.
3. I can't say I want the tagging system mixed with the search...
4. Maybe an option to have it (it being the listing of topics) look like search results or a forum like view listing the topics.

I would appreciate tagging feature.

5. AND / OR system implemented. There should be a way to fetch all threads associated with :
- TAG1 AND TAG2
- TAG1 OR TAG2

My reasoning for wanting a tag page is because I want it more of a focus than search and control for which areas to have tagging because my forum has a topic.
