peter_anderson Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Hello I am trying to reset my email from my current one to a GMail one. I sold my the domain I used to host my current email, so the new owner could get into my account. But, when I try to change it, it says that my email is already in use (even though I only have one account, lol) The same thing happened with the client area. Could a staff member (who is online) please PM me for my new email. I PM'd Debbie, but she hasn;t been online, and I don't want to PM another person, who wont be online. Peter

We simply have too many users to handle account issues through personal messenger (besides that, we need account history that is storable for accountability and such). Just open a support ticket. :) Our account services department will be happy to assist.
