peter_anderson Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 I am trying to purchase (sent an email aswell), but it rejects both my email (which is NOT a throwaway one, it belongs to my main domain) and my telephone number (in ANY format, eg 4412345678910, 44 1234 567 891, I am from the UK). Wondering Soul Posted August 11, 2008 Share Posted August 11, 2008 As we can't actually see what the problem could be its best to wait for the sales team to reply to your email. Im from the UK and when I signed up a few years ago I had no issues at all. Have you tried just entering it like so 01234 123456. Without the space though. So go area code, then number.
