Pre-loaded Avatar Manager

I've seen this done.

Basically you can control the preloaded avatar gallery via the admin control panel. Possible advantages being easy to manage and more control of the name of the avatar, instead of the file name. It would also maybe get people to get rid of the dumb defaults.

I agree especially since you have an Emote manager it shouldn't be too hard to implement.
