Suggestion: Email Cycling

I think it would be fantastic to send ALL emails (Including board subscriptions and notifications) to run as pre-defined batches/cycles in a task.

Infact exactly like the Bulk Mail batches/email cycle system which runs as a task, except this applies to all emails sent out by the board.

Most shared hosts have a email limit (A few hundred per hour) and more email providers like Hotmail now have a limit on the amount of emails the entire domain name can receive in an hour.

Right now emails are sent in batches of 5, but it's done on every page request until all emails are sent out.

I think if you tried to limit to x emails per hour sent from your board (to meet your host's restrictions) you will find they'll just backlog if your site is actually generating that many more emails.
