license question

I'm going to start a skinning site and I was wondering whether I could run another IPB other than the one I'm using for my main website.
I already know that you're allowed to have one testing board but I want to know whether a board with registration turned off and no activity would fall under that. Does anybody know? Thanks. :)

Yeah, as long as the registrations are off and it's offline.

If you want to set up a private board to work on your skins with, that's fine. If you're setting up a public demo board for your skins though, even if people can't register or post, that'll still require a license since it would be used by guests. The rules on the test board are that it must either be unaccessible from the internet, or set to offline with no members. If you need any clarification, feel free to email sales@invisionpower.com :)
