samshaw44 Posted April 29, 2007 Posted April 29, 2007 Hi. I went to try and download the latest updates for IPB and my customer account seems to be messed up. It says I have no purchases, no invoices and then if I click on my downloads I get this error:mySQL query error: SELECT c.*,p.pkg_type FROM crm_cust_pkg c LEFT JOIN crm_pkg_definition p ON ( c.pkg_def_id=p.pkg_def_id ) WHERE c.cust_pkg_id IN ( ) SQL error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ')' at line 1 SQL error code: 1064 Date: Sunday 29th of April 2007 12:26:56 PMMy card details and personal info has all disappeared as well  .Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Or can you help me fix it? I can provide board license keys to staff if needed ;) .~ LazerI wasn't quite sure where to post this so point me in the right direction if I am wrong.

samshaw44 Posted May 1, 2007 Posted May 1, 2007 Sub-accounts? do you mean where you put extra peoples email who can get in? Well no. I'm using my main account if thats what you mean.
Debbie Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 If you are still haveing an issue, please submit a ticket to the account assistance department and I will look into this for you :)
samshaw44 Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 Ok, I sent a ticket, there wasn't an 'Account Assistance' option so I sent it to sales, which seemed the best >_< .~ Lazer
