Clean Up Images

Suggestion to clean up the macros and images for 2.2.X as alot of the images are redundant in the current versions.

Also two sets of smilies, one for white backgrounds and one for black.

We probably won't include two sets of smilies, but perhaps in a future version we can move to png smilies with proper alpha support.

As for the images, that's slated for 3.x
