Subforum and forums

i know we can order forums and reorder sub forums but how about the ability to put them in alphabetical order?

We use our forums alphabetically (cos they are artist forums) but we just use the alphabet to do it :P

i have a subforum with lots of categories (its a tech site) so each thing is put in order, e.g. cpu, mobos etc and when i add a new sub forum it automatically gets put at the bottom so i have to spend time going through each forum setting up the id to get it alphabetical order again.

You can edit the categories and the forums in the categories very easily in the admin cp. there is a button at the bottom of the forum manager view. I think you tick the category you want to fix and hit the button. You'll then see numbers to select next to each cat. thats where you'll use the alphabet..

yea i know this but its still a pain to edit each one individually and it takes ages :/

A drag & drop edit would be nice. Just drop the subforum anywhere you like.
