[REQ] Close Poll but not topic

I would like ot see a way to close a poll but not the topic.

how about setting the poll to end at a certain time would that not close the vote and not the topic? The option for this is within the post form but havent had the chance to give it a try.

But what if you don't want to set a time limit for a poll? I agree, you should be able to close a poll but not a topic. Of course, I'd also like to see what option you've voted for on a poll. vB has had this feature for years... why can't IPB?
