This file has errors. It says green is removed HTML and purple is added HTML. One example, 3/4 of the way down that file, is where it says .tabon has been replaced by .rteimage

Well, there is absolutely no sign of .rteimage in the CSS file for the 2.2 default skin, as found in the advanced editor.

Very confusing and misleading..... I'm making changes to my custom skin and I don't know whats going on if I follow that css difference report....

PErhaps you could try posting on IPSBeyond, submitting a ticket or (if you think it is a bug) filing a bug report?
