My suggestion to you is (if you haven't closed it), go into the admin panel, look up your current session and edit it so it hasn't expired. If you're under Windows, PHPEdit is a good one, BBEdit, TextMate or Smultron on MacOS, Bluefish or a text editor on nux, and there's many other great softwares.
