Suggestions: Skin selection permissions

Could I suggest that in a future release/version that the ability to change a skin be permission based/granted by user group. Many of us have "premium" memberships who help pay for additional skins. It would be nice if we could designate purchased skins to be used by the user groups who help support those purchases.

I'm surprised they put in per-forum skin options before skin permissions. Dean has made a mod for this, but it doesn't prevent a user from using a skin if they manually guess the Skin ID.
