As a developer I am starting to use the caching system more, realizing that I am querying often for stuff that does not change too often.

Because of this, I need to write into my component's ACP to rebuild these caches, but if there was a problem with a cache, I would expect some people to go to the cache control under Tools to rebuild them, however mine would not be shown or rebuilt with that utility.

I think it would be helpful if a 'components cache' was able to be listed in there as well (separate PHP file per cache that includes a rebuild script) that will be executed if the user decides to rebuild that specific cache or to rebuild all caches.

If this needs clarification, let me know.
