Help & Support Tab

I have a few suggestions about the help and support tab:

  • The diagnosis section should be under tools and settings or admin - as it isn't really support
  • Under 'send support ticket' there should be a message saying whether or not the guys are in the office or not. If not, when will they be back. IPS has excellent customer service, but so many people who send in tickets on saturday think otherwise
  • The IPSBeyond (and the 2 links to the IPS forums) iFrame should have scroll bar at the bottom like the others, the IPSBeyond skins goes over too much
  • There should be information about:
    • Conversions
    • Upgrades

We do have technicians working on the weekend, along with non-US office hours.

As for the diagnosis, it is basically a 'self-help' section.
