Mark Posted November 29, 2006 Posted November 29, 2006 I have a few suggestions about the help and support tab:The diagnosis section should be under tools and settings or admin - as it isn't really supportUnder 'send support ticket' there should be a message saying whether or not the guys are in the office or not. If not, when will they be back. IPS has excellent customer service, but so many people who send in tickets on saturday think otherwiseThe IPSBeyond (and the 2 links to the IPS forums) iFrame should have scroll bar at the bottom like the others, the IPSBeyond skins goes over too muchThere should be information about:ConversionsUpgrades
