Code Freeze

Just wondering if the code is frozen in RC3? The reason I am asking is that some of the developers for addons are refusing to look at 2.2 until the code is frozen. So if the code is frozen then I would like to pass that on so that they can start adapting their code to IPB's

On a live product the code is never really frozen. Thats the risk you take when you mod and the reason many large companies go with enterprise solutions.

The feature-set is frozen. The code itself is not frozen until it goes final. And even then, we will make changes for 2.2.1 as bugs are reported.
