Because, this is on blog of Matt Mecham, it isn't my ADMIN CP.
I have viewed this image on blog of Matt MECHAM and now in ADMIN CP, i can't view settings for sub-forums.
They have forgot this?

You have to do it kinda manually. You mean to make subs of subs right?

Make a forum, set it to not act as a forum even though it's a sub of a category then assign forums to IT as a cat.
