problem accessing board after blog install

when i go to the index after i upgraded my blog i get this:

Nevermind I tried again and it did but now when i go to view blogs i get:

Did you upload the zend-encoded files in binary mode?

I don't know. I'll double check but which ones are the zend encoded ones?

Edit: I'm just reuploading them all in binary
