Problem after I uploaded the files

Hello,
I get this error after I uploaded the board files of ipb 2.2 beta 2:
Fatal error: Unable to read 23634 bytes in....

I have been told that this is because in uploaded the file in ASCII mode, so I deleted.
And in my FlashFXP in options-->preferences-->Transfer I change the Transfer Mode from Auto to Binary (image).
But I steel get this error.

What can I do?

Hello,

You can try another FTP client if you like. But if you can't get the beta installed because you are unfamiliar how to work with the encoded files, I'd recommend waiting until the RC is released (where the files will not be encoded).

Never mind...
I successfully do it with FlashFxp...
I use need to change in session-->Transfer Mode to Binary...
