Secure only Login form via SSL

Implement a separate url setting for login urls into the ACP.

That way the login process could be done via ssl without having every board page secured via ssl.

Nobody seems to use SSL with Boards at all. At least Mods and Admins should use SSL to protect their passwords better.

I would like to see this, as currently my entire board is SSL'ed because of the lack of this feature. I'd definitely use this feature if it were in IPB.

I'd like for IPB to be compatable in both SSL and non-ssl at the same time, creating a copy for SSL doesn't work very well, and there are good uses for SSL, not to mention SSL creates more server overhead.
