This would be a great help for dail up user.

What I am trying to say here is that, it would be cool if you can reduce the image showing in every post and topics with show/hide content link (esp in quote). Instead of showing it normally the way it is now. Also rem user selection for later :D

Spoiler tag would not, however, stop the image from actually loading

Feels like a lot of pain for not much gain?

Once it's loaded once, isn't it cached already for use further down the page?

And doesn't Show/Hide as implemented at the moment load it anyway, but just hide it from browser display?
