The bolded areas I dont know, or I dont know what you're talking about, but would most likely follow as well. The non-bolded areas may be practical, Like rating a topic. Deleting topics (moderator option) dynamically may be nice, but it's totally un-needed as you can delete multiple topics at once (and in 2.2 from multiple pages) with a single refresh, which isnt bad at all. Your right click options - I have no idea what you're talking about.* It totally depends on the moderator options. Some are already ajax. I really cant think of any other uses for moderator control that would be practical using ajax. You can already edit topic name, description, and lock a topic using ajax on the topic index page, not to mention edit a post within a topic (more than one) using quick edit. Anything else might be unneeded or overkill.
Why Two Kay Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 AJAX rating does make sense, anything else would seem silly. We already have most moderator options working with AJAX, such as topic title, etc. Forum mark-as-read would be nice, as long as the query fully goes through and doesn't break if you click to leave the forum too quickly (as in previous versions). AJAX skins - No, just no. AJAX Register / Login - No Mainly because it would then load the entire forum as AJAX after logging in, which would be a waste of even using AJAX. I do like using AJAX to clean my showers and tubs. :shifty:
