I went through my customer centre and purchased a new license.

I received an email saying it had gone through but it is still showing as pending in my customer center. I have done a support ticket saying this.

I am a little reluctant to go through the payment process again if this one is just caught up somewhere.

Can someone from the team have a look into it for me please.

All new orders have to be manually approved.

Due to the Christmas Holiday, unfortunately, it cannot be processed until Monday or Tuesday.

All orders have been approved ... you should get an email :)



It takes sometimes 30 minutes to finish the process.


I thought the vacation started on the 23rd...
