It would be a great help to users, not to mention moderators/editors, to be able to request topic track for every topic in a forum or on the board. At present one must go to each topic and subscribe to the tracking feature one at a time.

You can already subscribe to a forum, which will send you an email on each reply/new topic. Is that what you mean?
