[suggestion] Warn system and Ban

A little suggestion for futur release ;)

It would be nice if we could have the choise of make a ban global or only on one forum/categorie.

For big website with lot of forum sections, it is "nice" when mod

I really like this idea...
some user on the board i'm moderating in are spaming in some specific subforums... so it would be great if we could ban them from that forum perm. or temp....

I Didn't invent anything :P. It' a feature of a forum I administrate (see link in 1st post).

Now we are testing IPB for replace the actual one. And the moderateurs will miss this function, we have to reconsider our moderation with IPB forum.

Edit: this mod seams to be used via administrator panel and not from warn panel :P... it's a way, but not our way :)
