My site is cloud hosted with IPS and I see it says it's not running on PHP 7 and should be upgraded to PHP7 for faster performance. Do you know the timeframe of when IPS is planning on changing this?

I have several custom buttons in my CKEditor setup for things like pasting from Word, footnotes, inserting special chars. etc. With 4.2.2, which uses CKEditor 4.7.1, I find that some of my buttons no longer work and have to be deleted/updated. However, it isn't clear how one goes about this. Does one just install an updated version of a button over its old version? Do you click Restore Default Configuration and just rebuild your custom editor with updated versions of your buttons? There doesn't seem to be a way of actually deleting a button from your CKEditor configuration...or am I missing something?

Hi, why is all the activation emails going to people's spam folder? I have set it so I have to manually activate them but when I do , they don't know about it until they chase me up as the welcome emails are going to the spam folder. Looks rubbish. Any ideas? Matt

Using the bulk mail system in IP.Board, I can't see a way to opt-out of the traditional wrapper, and it's messing up my CSS. I don't know enough about XML, PHP, etc. to write a new template in IPB from scratch, I just want to be able to send an email that looks the way I want if I design it with an external editor. I can post the code for the email if necessary, but it shouldn't be.

I can't seem to find any documentation on commissions and exactly how the system works. Here is how I believe it would work ideally for me (at least I think this would be ideal): The seller enters their own payment gateway information. Upon sale the fund split is automatic, % commission goes to the seller and the other half goes to admins accounts The reason I am thinking this is due to transaction fees so that we are not paying these fees twice, once for the sale and then again for the commission split.

Firstly: How would one set up promotions to move someone based on their inactivity to a new group that designates them as inactive, and then also a promotion rule that returns them to their regular group once they were active again? I tried figuring this out and ended up causing a bunch of errors so had to turn off promotions for the groups I created. The goal is: Person is in group 'regulars', hasn't posted for a month but still browses, so I want him to be automatically moved to a 'lurkers' group. Then, if the 'lurker' hasn't posted or browsed for a month, move him to an 'inactive for a month' group, and then if the 'inactive for a month' hasn't posted or …

Hi, Currently I just have the forum software. I plan on adding pages and blog at least at some point in the future. Is it best that I install my forum software on my website as X.co.uk or as X.co.uk/forum so that when I do add pages I can have the pages being the main page. How will this affect the SEO now if I set it to go to /forum when someone just types in X.co.uk? Thanks Matt

I have a member who started following an entire forum. She wants to get notification for every topic and reply there, regardless if it is a new topic, reply to old topic, etc. But it doesn't seem to work and on top of that she says she even stopped getting notifications for the old topics she was following. How can this be set up, to me it is a bit confusing the way the notification settings and system is structured?
