We had an upgrade this week, but, it seems the text box on the page to post content is missing (it's a line). I've included a screenshot. I did try creating a new theme from default, and reloading the original default theme, but, neither worked.

Hi, As i'am french, the "load more activity" button is translated with "activité que j'ai créé". Just to show the problem, I switched to english and added "J'AI" in the string : So far so good, but if I press the load more activity button : all the apostrophe (') are replaced by the HTML code : It does this for all the elements in this menu that have "'a" in the string. It's OK with a space after the apostrophe but that's not the correct way to write it 🙂

I am getting this error after starting upgrade. Now i cannot access admin section , and forum display some "Update in progress " message and is not available. "The upgrader uses PHP sessions to store data, however PHP sessions are currently not working correctly on your server. This is an issue you will need to contact your host about. Error 5C289/1" My hosting provider say this eror has no connection with them. What to do ?

Found this issue on the mobile display. Asked Ehren since it was on his Dimension theme. He asked me to check if the issue occurred on the default theme. Yes, it did. The last update we made was 4.7.16, over time some problems appeared such as not seeing the flags or not being able to access certain functions. Now we see the 4.7.18 update that includes 4.7.17 and when we want to do it it doesn't go beyond the first step where it stays indefinitely. How to solve it?

I recently noticed an increase on cache misses from Redis. I saw that this started around to time of the update to 4.7.18. Also, the requests causing the miss rate increase seem to be for requests `GET "<hex string>_<long hex string>_str__nodeSyncTimes"`. Not sure whether this is expected, but after inspecting the code, I noticed some suspicious curly brackets in `\IPS\Node\DelayedCount::checkUpdateTime` after the first catch. Removing them solves the issue, but I'd like to confirm whether this is indeed a bug or not.

How exactly does referrals work? It seems to be incredibly random whether or not it gives you credit for the referral. Do you have to be registered first, or can you click a referral link, register, purchase and get credit? Can you add a referral code to the end of any url?

On Bulk Mail, I checked the Member Filters (it does show some members who will receive the mail) and clicked Save. Then clicked Proceed. This I did over 6 hours ago but Bulk Mail list still shows "Not Started" under Sent On and Time Taken columns and "0 Members" under Sent To. How long does it take to send out the email? On CiC

There is a "No posts here yet", but when i click on it, of course there are. There is also a wrong count of the total replies. Is there a trick to recalculate all these stuff after an import ? This is weird? EDIT: emptying the cache in my browser cleared the red alert and #1 indicating that there was a topic to approve. But that's the first time I see this behavior, the alert normally clears automatically when I approve the topic. LogicPro11-c08.mp4

Some members who tried to register to my forum started to get this error. I tried different browsers and incognito tabs, changed the IP address and still the same error. The user gets this error even though they have never registered before. In the meantime, there are those who registered without any problems. Why might this be?

Hello, I recently deleted some forums, but I've encountered an issue where the topics that were created within those forums are still visible on the "Activity" page. Unfortunately, I'm unable to open or delete these topics. When I try to access them, I receive a message saying, "You do not have permission to view this topic." A well established and pinned thread has disappeared from the General Discussion portion of our forum, where it was located. It does not come up when searched either. How is this possible? I know that I did nothing to this thread, I discovered it had vanished when I went to post on it this afternoon. To my knowledge, no one else on the forum could have done anything to it either. My site appears to have crashed after initiating an update? Google chrome will not load the website, even in incognito mode. Mic Edge browser loads the main page screen. Hello team, We have been using the archive function for a long time and it has always worked well. However, since the beginning we have never changed the settings for the filter. Today, however, we have changed the settings from >15 years to >12 years, so three more years should be archived. The problem now is that since this change the archive function no longer archives. The cron job runs through without doing any action. If you unarchive an already archived topic from the archive, it works. You can then change someting in the thread. Posted this on Feedback Forum and got crickets. Actually I know why. The powers that be at IPB eliminated, removed, took away that Hot/Active Topic Block from lower tier plans at the most recent software update. Maybe it was in the Update info, I don’t know, but it came as a shock and disappointment to me and the Members of my nearly 23 year old Board/Discussion Form….which converted to IPB in 2016. I contacted Support and apparently this Block was removed from the Plan I am on. A similar “Trending Now” Block is available on other Plans. Starting at $250/month. That would put me out of the Discussion Forum business. This is a blow to my long term communit…
