As you can see, for every page application, if that is what you call them, the comment count is identical. I mentioned this to @Terabyte and he thought it may be an IPS bug. teraßyte 1

I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
