For once I'm reporting an issue that does not affect my own site, but only the invisioncommunity.com website. However, it's an issue I've already experienced on my own site in the past. In my experience, this issue is only with Invision sites.

Today I went to invisioncommunity.com on my laptop and the site didn't load properly. Basically I could tell that the CSS files weren't loaded, so I saw generic text and a few HUGE logos. I didn't think it was worth reporting.

Right now on my Mac mini I went to invisioncommunity.com and again, the CSS didn't load properly. Here's what I saw:

Could contain: File, Computer Hardware, Electronics, Hardware, Monitor, Screen, Webpage, Computer, Pc

Once again, this is not a new issue, it's something I've experienced multiple times:

  1. On my own Invision Community
  2. On this site (invisioncommunity.com)
  3. Never experienced on any other site.

Cant say Ive ever seen this happening on my end at all, and of course I visit the site every day. Are you using any plugins on your browser at all? I ask as I know you had an odd links problem nobody could replicate too

I have only one extension that I turn off when I do these tests before reporting them here.

No worries it's only a very occasional glitch, if it reoccurs I'll report any further details I can find out.

I'm having this issue again all of a sudden right now on my site, after using it all day. Chrome browser was open all day, and I haven't changed a thing. Same issue in Safari on my Mac, and Safari on my iPhone.

"Clear System Cache" does not fix it. 😞

... and now it's back... on all 3 devices.... but this is frustrating?

I took screenshots if you want me to share them privately.

I asked around and it's not just me, all our members experienced the same thing as well, and the issue resolved itself without them doing anything on their browser.

I am getting this issue again, albeit slightly differently.

The first time I load a page from my site after being away for the night, the CSS does not load and I see a generic list of links with no formatting. Then when I refresh the site, the CSS loads and I can see the normal look.

This happened to me yesterday and again today.

For example the first time I loaded my site on one computer this morning, it was a list of blue links, then I refreshed and I could see the normal look.

Then I went to my office and used a different computer and there again, the first page I loaded was a list of blue links, then I refreshed and could see the normal look.

No issues with invisioncommunity.com this time, only my own site.

I am getting this same exact issue right now. This is happening on a semi-regular basis with the Invision cloud community. Meaning not very often, but regularly.
