Patches are seen in the support section of your admin CP, and are separate to main upgrades
So far so nice you was right, i had an optional update. I never knew there was optional patches. Many Thanks!

Hi thank you for answering, by installing all patches you mean updates? Then yes we have the latest IPS version from the day of release. About all access details on file i don't where to find that

Recently we are experiencing exception issues with Downloads, when we update a file uploaded or even without doing it but just clicking "Save & summit new version" gives us an exception error, we need this to be solved as fast possible cause our customers wait for updates but we can't publish it due the problem already mentioned.

Bulk mails not working

Hello, i been trying to send some bulk mails to my users but seems like it doenst send anything not even to myself, it was working few months ago and if i use the "test email" it does work and im also receiving the community mails such as purchases, validations etc. just not bulk mails and there are no errors on the logs about it
