Just got this error after installing on 4.6.11

I've recently added a couple of plugins to add a sign up button to my 403 no permission page and customise 404. However, it's made me realise that the error pages arent' working in the way I'd expect. Example some someone not signed in (we have boards not visible for guests)... Follows a link to a discussion - 403, all good Follows a link to a forum - 404 which I'd have thought should be a 403 because it's there but they don't have permission We've also created a custom homepage which we've linked to our forums, but if a guest clicks through they get a 404 because they aren't visible to guests. Is making them visible to only way to overcome this error?

I'd be keen to reorder staff too, currently it's by user ID and there's some on the list I actually don't want featuring as they are just the account holder

We're just testing them out, but wonder if there's a way to remove the ability for members to create a club themselves - we want to create it for them and then hand over ownership. Any pointers for a newbie on achieving either of these?

I didn't think to look at that Sonya, it's a 404. It only seems to be topics that get a 403 if trying to access without permission - Categories and forums return a 404 😕

I seem to be getting 404 errors when a guest tries to view a forum guests don't have permission to view - I was expecting a 403 error page for this. Please advise what I'm doing wrong.
