Hi There!,

My current self-hosted package was using the AWS file storage settings from my previous cloud-hosted package and today I come on to see this error

I presume this means we no longer have access to the file storage that my cloud hosted package had access to, so would it be possible to have a backup of everything that was on that AWS storage server relating to my packages?

So it seems within the period of 6 hours while trying to trial and error fix the solution (still awaiting a response from the developer), the problem has escalated to within invision itself

I recently changed the storage location for my applications from amazon s3 to my web server and since then the server logs have been spammed with RuntimeException (2) DOES_NOT_EXIST.
