  1. That's strange cos we dont have any such third-party apps on our other forum that is giving this option. Thanks Gary, we've altered the Prune Settings to be shorter but users really want that option to wipe their notifications clean with the click of a button!
  2. Hi guys When using our Search function, it defaults to Google - is it possible to change this to search the forum content as default? Thanks Darren
  3. Hey guys We've lost the Clear Notifications option - as shown here: Any idea how or where we can re-add this in? This is how it looks on our site: Thanks Darren
  4. Thanks guys. But for the Auto Ads Vignette (the popup like ad that appears between page moves), can that be configured in the Invision backend advertisement location if it's not related to a specific place on the screen?
  5. Thanks, is it also possible to prevent AdSense auto-ads like the Vignette from displaying to the members of our Subscription group?
  6. Hi guys I'm looking to offer ad-free experience (no programmatic ads shown) to users who sign up for monthly subscription service. So far, the only way to do this seems to be by creating a new theme with no ads on it and instructing these subscribers to activate that theme (where the theme is only accessible to members of this paid for group) - am I on the right tracks here or is anyone aware of a better solution? Also, for those who use the subscription option, what other features do you offer and what features do you find are most appreciated by these subscribers? Thanks Darren
  7. Thanks @Randy Calvert and @DawPi, we've added Randy's code and appears to work, now just need to wait for those pages to be crawled again. Cheers!
  8. Yes, all the pages are not available to guests, which is why we gave AdSense admin access through the Crawler Access section of AdSense. And it shows it's crawling, but the errors remain. So is that an option in AdSense, where we can disable ads on pages that aren't accessible to guests? The revenue is so small from logged in people that it doesnt matter.
  9. It doesnt matter what we do, we just can't seem to get the AdSense policy centre to clear these alerts. We've given AdSense admin access so it should be able to see the hidden pages that are causing the errors and they're all from the same part of the forum. Just wondering if anyone had come across anything like this before? I can't see from the previous posts on here.
  10. Hi all We recently moved URLs from website.com/talk to the subdomain talk.website.com - do we need to do anything to switch the licence over to the new domain? Our automation is no longer working and we're wondering if it's related to this. Backend alert: License Key Invalid The license key in use is not valid for this site. Please contact support for further information.
  11. Hi We have the same issue, but we moved URLs from website.com/talk to the subdomain talk.website.com - do we need to do anything to switch the licence over to the new domain? Thanks
  12. thanks Jim, will give this a go
  13. Couple of us getting this today, nothing changed recently and the Help section linked doesnt really offer much either
  14. Hi guys Getting quite a few emails from new joiners who are saying the 'Validate my Email address' button isn't working. Some are able to get it on the second send. Just wondering how or where to troubleshoot this? Thanks
