Thank you for reply.
However, I couldn't get any mail for reset my passwords though followed the guide on the page you gave me...
I checked all my mail box including junk/spam several times and waited half an hour but nothing there.
Is there any other way to recover my passwords?

Hello.
It's Junhee.
I'm administrator for service forum, https://forum.whale.naver.com/.
I recently found that I cannot log in to forum admin (https://forum.whale.naver.com/admin) with my ID/Passwords, which is definitely correct!
I have no idea what happened, and even cannot find any way to find or recover my passwords... what a desperate situation;
I thought 'invisioncommunity.com' sharing same account with forum admin, and tried to change password in invisioncommunity.com.
But it didn't work...
Please check out this issue quickly. My ID(Email) is *********.
Thanks

My manager purchased this and installed to add cool features on application "forums".
Can I migrate the data in forum application into this?
Upgrade PHP to 8.x

I'm running Invision Community v4.3.6 on PHP 5.6.7.
When I update to v4.7.5 I got an error message as below.
> 1C287/2 You are running PHP version 7.0.33. You need PHP 8.0.0 or above. You should contact your hosting provider or system administrator to ask for an upgrade.
When I update to PHP 8.0, an error related to get_magic_quotes_gpc function occurs.
This is an unsupported API in PHP 8.0.
Automatic update is not possible because admin is not running.
I wonder what the correct order of operation is to minimize the damage.
