  1. Yes the site icon is correctly visible from the home screen in the devices. The problem happens on the notifications push. The Mobile devices where this occurs are a Motorola Edge 50 Pro and a Moto G8 plus at the moment. Edit: this worked fine when the site was on the v4 of the suite.
  2. The notifications push icon is not showing in the mobile devices even if an image is already uploaded in the web app settings. IPS Ver: 5.0.4
  3. Thank you very much for your response, I'll try to complete the restoration since the data base is not thropwing me more information to recover. I'll work on it tonight and i let you know the results.

Yes, when I did the report of the first technical problem that is expossed in the main post of this same topic, the site went totally broken and unaccessible when a transferring of files the Amazon S3 storage was in process, nothing was functional... even the ACP... After that I tried to restore the site using the backup but when transferring once again the files to the S3 storage, the site wen totally broken and unaccesible a second time. Thats being said... the final solution that I found to deal with the problem of the files transferring to the s3 storage was by reinstalling the suite from scratch and then make a database rebuild. Of course... stuff was missing but Iwas able to recover 90% of the posts... however some problems appeared in the profiles (the ones i came to report latelly) where there is a desync in the content counts due to the small lost of the rest of the posts.
  5. Of course, what exactly do you need of the profiles? Also, i was checking out the profiles from the admin panel and i saw this other problem.

Of course, I had to reinstall and rebuild the data base and the site returned, now after rebuilding the data base, I have the following problem... it happens everytime I want to see the reputation history in a profile however this happens only in two profiles, any idea how to fix this?, The site is in the version 5.0.4 I would really appreciate your help.   8. It is yes. The user clicks on Download this file and it goes straight to that error. And I am not quite sure on the second question. The bucket itself is public and i do have a transform rule, via this guide. But thats about it.

Hello all, In preparation for v5, I have setup and have started moving over all files to Backblaze and so far so good, however, I am getting the following error when users attempt to download a file using Downloads. The bucket is indeed public and I am using Cloudflare to cache the bucket contents and serve it to the user. My thought is that there might be a certain header I need to add or...perhaps some sort of misconfig? Any help is appreciated! I really would like this to work as i went to minimize egress fees as much as possible. Thank you!

  13. Hello Community, I recently decided to upgrade to the latest and greatest version, however I am having a error when upgrading. Column count doesn't match value count at row 1 /var/www/vhosts/moriyashrine.org/httpdocs/applications/core/sources/Setup/Upgrade.php::767 Error 1136 I have already upgraded PHP to 8.1 and I even recopied the suite files to ensure that everything was copied over. Anything i can do to mitigate this so I can continue the upgrade? Thank you in advance!

  15. Anyone that has issues with roles, just make sure the bot is placed at the very top of the role list. Worked fine for me. 😛

  19. So i have a quick question before i purchase this... Can users login with different account WITHOUT creating another email and signing up? I help manage a forum that deals in RP and this would be a GREAT addition if they did not have to create multiple accounts for each persona they may have.
