If you are IPS hosted, log a ticket with support to find out if it is possible to rollback (doubt it)
Thank you for your help. We clicked the upgrade button before we backed up the database, so we cannot back to the previous version...
And we got the following error message:
mysql> ALTER TABLE `ips_core_members` DROP COLUMN `badge_count`;
ERROR 1091 (42000): Can't DROP 'badge_count'; check that column/key existsCurrently, our admin CP cannot be accessed, it is 504 now😥

We tried to upgrade but the ranks restored to defaults, so we hope to back to the previous version.
How to cancel the community upgrade?
