Its not any of those things. We are aware of the issue (and its cause) and will have this resolved as soon as possible

I inserted
$INFO['sql_utf8mb4'] = true; to the global.conf.
But this didn't help. What went wrong because I ran the UTF-8 converter for IPB3.4 in the past to UTF-8_general_ci ... and everything was fine. But now I have troubles again. :/
