The difference between IPS Marketplace is that we need to let our users sell physical goods. How can I adjust that in Community ?

Hello! Looking for a way to let community members sell their item in community store , using IP commerce or maybe another way. Want to develop something like community marketplace. Need to choose user or group, who can add their goods in community shop... maybe to special category only..., but without permissions to adjust other goods in Store. Is it possible using standart features? If no, then we are looking for developer who can help.
