i am trying to move someone from one mamber status secret squirrel club to plain member and its not working? is it something in settings i might have done like not let secret squirrels be overridden?

i am finding when enabling sticky notes the new one just uploaded and installed i have a error in my forums that theme is in error or something so its conflicting with my forums post area for some reason

i cant get it to work it sits there but no text scrolls across its a new interface for adding text is the old <li> text </li> still valid?
