It's working now. Perhaps it was getting mixed up - I noticed that there was an alert next to the plugin saying 'update' available, clicking on the update took me to another developers site, so I reckon it must have been having a nervous breakdown lol. All is working well now - I guess this one will remain a mystery. Many thanks for the reply.

Is there any reason for this to happen just because I change the width of the body in the theme settings? Before I change width: After I change width: White background disappears and borders appear. Also when in the ACP and changing settings in theme, when you click Save and Reload, it doesn't reload; it takes you back to where you choose to edit theme settings as in here: Also when changing settings, they don't always change - for example when I change the section head title as shown by arrow to a different color it doesn't work and when I go back it is reverted to white: I just paid the renewal on this and updated the file for 4.4 but this is what's happening and it's bizarre. Any help or explanations would be appreciated. If you need ACP access just say and I'll PM this to you. This is a self hosted site BTW and not CIC. With thanks

Hi Mike I've downloaded and installed your addon Auto Welcome, but something seems to be amiss as it isn't doing anything. Firstly I have set it up to give a welcome PM and to add a welcome to a topic post reply as shown below: However, when I go back to check the topic that I originally selected, it is gone. I turned on and off the 'create topic' to see if it made a difference but it didn't and I'm not sure whether that should be on or off when a specific topic is selected to post the welcome in. Any ideas as to what could be the issue and am I selecting the settings correctly? I'm on IPS 4.4 BTW: The welcome PM and Email work, but this particular part does not. Ahh that's great news - I didn't want to risk the upgrade in anticipation that it would break something lol. Only two apps now need an upgrade and I'm good to go with 4.4 Thanks for the heads up

Hi Jack User infopanel is great and provides a lot of useful info - just a quick question and potential suggestion; the user time zone basically give a location (Europe/London etc) is it possible to have the actual time showing for that users timezone - for example 16:20 for London. I ask because whilst a location is useful it doesn't tell you how many hour ahead or behind a member is in relation to the member say replying to a post. It would be very helpful in that members won't be expecting a reply anytime soon if the member they are replying to is sleeping lol. Not even sure if this is possible, but it would be a great addition if it were. With thanks as always for creating great apps for our enjoyment.

Having no luck with this at all - it doesn't matter what I type into the music field all I get is this: There isn't a choice of albums just the band name, yet when I go to the audioDB site this is what I find (11 albums): I get the same results for Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and a whole load more: Any help you can give would be appreciated as I'd like to get this working.

Have just bought this app and installed as directed, have added my TMDB api key and set it to a specific forum, but it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? And this appears in the forum: Clicking on Threadstarter icon does nothing and there are no fields showing. I'm using IPS 4.3.6 Any help would be appreciated

@TAMAN that sorted it - many thanks. For some reason my search for 'lines' didn't show that up (must get my eyes tested lol). As soon as I changed that line it showed up immediately. Many thanks again for your patience - I can understand how it can be frustrating for you when you want to get to the bottom of an issue.

I haven't created any blocks, this is the addon in its base format uploaded as directed. It all works the way it should, but I cannot reduce (or increase, not that I want to) the number of lines (I would have preferred number of characters, but if it's lines then it's lines) I've edited the template that controls the block, as noted above, but to no avail. So, is there anywhere else that needs a change? If I go to blocks in the ACP under pages I only see two listings there Custom and Plugins - there is nothing in them. I've scanned all the other templates (even copied and pasted them into another program to do a thorough search for 'lines' and there is nothing. I'm at a loss - I purchased your Infraskew and Gradient themes and have used the addon from both and they follow the same principles in that the only place that 'lines' appear is in these templates (see image below): I live in hope that this can be resolved lol

Nope, change this last night and is still the same 8 hours later, have deleted and reissued the articles and still 3 lines showing

@TAMAN thanks for the reply - I'm using the s1_two_column template in Block Plugin section with this code: <section class='ipsType_normal ipsType_richText ipsType_break' data-ipsTruncate data-ipsTruncate-size='2 lines' data-ipsTruncate-type='remove'> {$record->truncated()|raw} </section> But changing that number to 2 lines makes no difference. Can't seem to find any reference to this anywhere else in the templates unless I'm looking in the wrong place lol. I'm just using the default theme and the plugin and templates from the Infraskew theme I purchased; I'm presuming that it's the same as the standalone addon. I love the Infraskew theme but not the shadows, I prefer flat, and there's loads of shadow references in the theme lol. WIth thanks

@TAMAN I was wondering how I can change the number of lines showing on each record on the index page; at present it's 3 lines - I wanted to change this to two lines and found all the relevant lines in the templates and changed them to 2 lines, but it's still showing 3 lines. Is there somewhere else I need to look? Great addon BTW does everything I need - other than the lines lol. Could you perhaps make it an option in future updates? Many thanks

Same here - if you want testers. I did the same thing and upgraded to 4.3 and it caused some unexpected changes in the colors; eg. the drop down on the user menu when hovering over the options it is supposed to be a yellow tint, but it changed to a very light beige - same in other places too; really weird lol. I've made some really heavy custom changes to the theme to suit my needs and preferences, so have downloaded the theme as a backup. Fantastic theme BTW and I'll add a review once I get done making my site.
