Interesting... I have no idea what could be causing it, unless the high volume of traffic just made it hard for the plug-in to sort who is who at random times?

Love this plugin! Quick question, though: are there any known issues with ads showing to member groups they aren't supposed to? I just installed this a couple of weeks ago and we hit a very busy traffic period over the weekend with a handful of users reporting they could see ads. I confirmed their groups were not listed in the plugin settings as being ad-exposed.

Ran this update earlier tonight and it crashed our site beyond the index page. The topic view pages seem to be up after some time, but navigating to thread pages is still broken. Have contacted Invision support, and I'm a cloud client, but no reply in 6 hours. Rather frustrating, to be honest, to not at least get a single reply when we pay for hosting to help avoid these types of situations. We've never had this much downtime as a forum in 11 years of being with Invision. Does anyone have any recommendations to possibly self-diagnose if not outright fix the issue? FYI, I have already tried disabling all plugins.

When I'm on the download page, there's just a message saying it's not compatible with 4.7, so it doesn't give the download option.

Any update to this? We are holding off 4.6.x upgrades until confirmation these plugins will work with it...

Hey newbie, I bought your two ad plugins a few years ago and had great experiences with them. However, I've noticed since upgrading to Invision 4.5.x that most of them aren't working like they did for so long even though the settings seem to remain the same as when I implemented them. Is there something I need to do to fix this (reinstall, upgrade the plugin, etc.)? I'm totally lost right now.

Thanks for the reply. I woke up this morning and the ad was appearing, so it must have just been a case of Google activating it slower than usual. Sorry for the false alarm.

Hey Newbie, Sorry to bother, I'm just wondering if this has been tested. Because I'm not able to get any ads other than "l-1" to display. I've set up ads for "l-2" and "l-3" but, unless Google is taking much longer than usual to activate the new ads, they aren't showing up. Any thoughts?
