I've been getting the following error for hours when trying to use my recently renewed license key.

I'm in the process of upgrading from IPB 3.4.8 to 4.1.8.1 (using the latter as a bridge to the current version). I upgraded successfully several hours ago, but had to roll back for an unrelated mistake I made. My other expired board / license is having the same issue.
Is the server down, or was my account flagged for repeated license changes?
