There appears to be a bug if the following conditions are met:
You have signature images restricted to a certain pixel dimension
The user tried to edit their signature using an image with BBCode like:
[URL=https://linktourl.com][IMG]https://linktoimage.png[/IMG][/URL]
The user will get an error "Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions for" and won't let them save since the forum can't validate that the image is within the guidelines (even if the image does fall with the restricted dimensions).
We had this issue on our forum and googling "Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions for" I found several others with the same issue. The only way we could get around it was removing restrictions entirely.
I'm wondering if it has to do with the fact when a user uses BBCode, the image doesn't preview in the compose window. It only appears after they press "Submit Reply".
