pollywogs got a reaction from Anonymous IPB User in Ticket System
It's very sporadic for me too, I had a ticket today with a response within 5 minutes. Another ticket that I created YESTERDAY has sat unattended to for over 24 hours (which is more important to me than my other ticket) :(
