I wanted to use this for giveaways (custom item / or voucher codes), as an incentive for return visits (gambling and last activity points), and for approved gallery uploads (which won't work with group collab (?) which sucks for us, but I get why) . I will look into the lottery and/or sports betting asap!

I love this—I love the gamble for points options. I don't think people will use it much. I cannot hype this up, without explaining why its awkward. 1. When you lose points it does not say that, but rather says that you won. Its confusing and you have to do math to figure if you lost. 2. The results message (however misleading it may be) is a flash of an overlay. Its easily missed. Solution: Make losing and winning a big deal (YOU LOST X POINTS! or YOU WON X POINTS!) with a landing page we can customize (maybe from pages?) and an option to play again or return to shop. 3. There is no landing page for anything and no way to put images in the default grid display that I saw. Just FA icons. If I am going to give away a physical item (like a pair of sunglasses for example) for points I want to show them right in the grid. Solution: Allow for custom image per custom item that shows in the grid. (Like Super Grid) I think I could make custom pages and link to the games somehow as a work around, but I cannot make the win/lose message correct or exciting. And more gambling please! This could be a huge hit.

In newer version it looks better on mobile, but the buttons are too small to read well. I also suggest that you allow admin to disable types of media with an on/off switch and make sure the corresponding button disappears from front end if off. Lastly adding a "Who Can See" option with group pick list would be great. If one group could use, and only certain groups could see (and not use) the 'public' media we could use it as an intensive to join or pay.

Mobile portrait view is what most people see, so that's a showstopper for sure. As for disabling docs, If I untick everything and choose no groups in the dox tab it saves as default (all groups and all docs are ticked). We'd want to disable it (hide the button and make it all unavailable to end users).

I cannot disable documents and the mobile version is not usable. The buttons wrap and look messed up.

Can we create our own fields / icons?

No. I asked the same question right above yours. If you find a mod that does this please let me know. Our site would be so much more intuitive if this feature were an option , @Fosters

Figured it out. If this could add a bock over/under the content as well as the side bar we could use this in area where we are really stuck.

In the 4.2 release install/upgrade when I recount stats (which I had to do to show content numbers correctly) it reactivated the heartbeat option tab. I had to turn it off 100 times ..then again 100 times. I'd like for the heartbeat option to go away. Having it is like having an outtake reel that most members don't want to see. The content needs to be there, but not as an activity feed at all. Great idea if I could turn it off. (It stays in the collab menu no matter what)

At the top of the FAQ System default page the sections are listed and are hyperlinked in a vertical list. When I click one it jumps down the page, but not to the section I click. It only jumps just below the list itself. People report it broken. If not broken and designed that way its counter-intuitive. When I drill into a sections the questions jump to the answers fine. I've had to remove the default page from the main nav and only link to individual sections.

Is the jump menu working on the main index for others? It is not jumping for us.

right. good call. nope, no option to drag latest posts from pages to any app. there must be a way to do this. I imagine most everyone who has Pages/Databases would need this function.

The drag and drop side menu option is there on a Pages page, but isn't there when on the portal page

I made a tracker app in pages and want to stick the latest 10 posts in side menu...is that possible with portal?

I cannot change the order of questions in "Manage Questions" The drag and drop options only appear in "Manage Collections"
