Fairly small modification which facilitates:

• Per poll guest voting - on/off
• Per poll result viewing - multiselect groups
  Forum moderators, super mods and admins have automatic control of these settings, no matter what group they are in

Modification: Add two new statistics to user profile:

• Number and percentage of users posts which are replies (as opposed to topic-starting posts)
• Number and percentage of total forum topics replied to

On the forum homepage there is a 'Watched Content' widget. I will rarely 'watch' a forum, but do sometimes watch individual topics. How about this:

If there are no watched forums, automatically display the watched 'topics' tab instead.

I think having an option for the default tab is overkill, but this could be a good middle ground.
