Doesn't seem to exist. Can only see the driver for Beta 2 in our downloads section and that brings up errors with Beta 3 just trying to install

"Fatal error: Declaration of db_driver_mssql::buildSearchStatement() must be compatible with that of interfaceDb::buildSearchStatement() in S:\forums3\ips_kernel\classDbMssql.php on line 33"
