I am unable to post an embedded link to YouTube or Vimeo. A regular links works just fine, but when a post with an embedded video is submitted it returns a white page with:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

The log has:

Error: Undefined constant "IN_DEV" (0)
#0 {main}

This bug has been around since Beta 1 and I don't think it has anything to do with embedding videos.

I just want to add that I was able to change mod_security settings to fix my problem with this.
