Screenshot watermark has a problem

Watermark is fine on our side with .png (not tested with .webp)

Have you tried it on the Downloads App?

No, we didn't use this app. Only Gallery.

Im not able to replicate this one at all unfortunately. Is this on local environment?

The problem is in a site that has been upgraded from version 4, but it does not exist in a clean install
