This occurs when the page load is still ongoing

Actually, it's not the ipsMenu alone, my theme selector has stopped working too.

Clicking it, doesn't change anything. So I assume the problem lies somewhere else - only can't figure it out. We could use a server error log. 

Edit: check mobile, everything works as it should. Can't do much, when using desktop. 

Any console errors?

None. 

He means the browser console, looking for JS errors. If Chrome, right click and choose inspect, look for JS errors red-flagged.

Ah stupid of me. 

I thought to check the console. And it showed a HTTPS error, so I have been able to fix the issue.
